Enlargement of product portfolio of our thinQ!™ 2G 600 V silicon carbide schottky diodes
We are glad to announce the enlargement of our thinQ! TM 2G product family: a 6 A and a 10 A in D2Pak package have recently been introduced to the market. These diodes offer the same outstanding features and benefits as the rest of our thinQ! TM 2G family. Target applications are CCM PFC stages in switched mode power supplies.
