EiceDRIVER™ 6ED - 2nd generation three phase driver IC family with six new variants available!
Infineon extends it's three phase driver IC family with six new variants for low power drives applications below 3kW: 6ED003L06-F2 and 6ED003L02-F2 in 600V (PG-DSO-28) and 200V (PG-TSSOP-28) provide basic functions like undervoltage lockout for IGBT levels, overcurrent shut down (ITRIP), interlocking and enable (EN). 6EDL04I06NT and 6EDL04I06PT supplement the functionality with an ultra fast bootstrap circuit for each highside driver stage. The 2nd generation is completed with the 6EDL04N06PT and 6EDL04N02PR which are optimized for MOSFET operation.
