RF Switches

RF-Switches for Rx/Tx switching, band select or antenna diversity switching are used in almost every wireless application, like cellular phones, WLAN, WiMAX, GPS-navigation systems, bluetooth accessories or remote-keyless entry (RKE).

Infineon RF Switches are manufactured in a unique RF-CMOS technology, combining the inherent advantages of CMOS technology with outstanding RF performance.

Advantages of Infineon RF switches

Those advantages include high integration capabilities and excellent purpose ESD robustness. All Infineon RF Switches do not require external DC blocking capacitors and have the control logic fully integrated. With CMOS compatible logic levels, the need of external level shifters is eliminated.

As there are NO external components required, Infineon RF Switches enable really tiny board designs. This is even more true if our customer have chosen the super small chip-scale-package (CSP).
