High Reliability Silicon Diodes - Infineon Technologies

Infineon offers High Reliability Schottky and PIN diodes in hermetically sealed packages with component screening according to space industries needs.

The devices are available in four different quality levels:

Professional (P) which is used for breadboards and circuit evaluation
High Quality (H) which could be used for aerospace applications
Space Quality (S) which could be used for commercial Satellites
ESA Space Quality (ES) which fulfills the requirements of the European Space Agency
