HiRel Silicon Bipolar Transistor technology

Infineon´s well known and widely used Micro Wave (MW) Transistors are here offered as High Reliability devices in hermetically sealed ceramic packages. The product range covers all RF-Transistor technology generations of Infineon. Bipolar Transistors with Different Voltage classes, Frequency range and output power are available and based on Infineon´s reliable bipolar technology.   

The Bipola Transistor devices are available in four different quality levels:    

• Professional (P) which is used for breadboards and circuit evaluation    
  
• High Quality (H) which could be used for aerospace applications    
  
• Space Quality (S) which could be used for commercial Satellites    
  
• ESA Space Quality (ES) which fulfills the requirements of the European Space Agency
