Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) Microwave Devices

In Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) technology we offer two basic types. A K-Band Super Low Noise HEMT (CGY67) and a L- and S-Band General Purpose Amplifier (CGY41).

The devices are available in four different quality levels:

Professional (P) which is used for breadboards and circuit evaluation
High Quality (H) which could be used for aerospace applications
Space Quality (S) which could be used for commercial Satellites
ESA Space Quality (ES) which fulfills the requirements of the European Space Agency
