One microcontroller platform. Countless solutions. XMC

Infineon has taken their wealth of know-how in microcontroller design for real-time critical control applications to combine it - for the first time ever - with all benefits of an industry standard core. The unique result, the XMC4000 microcontroller family based on ARM® Cortex™-M4, is dedicated to industrial applications in the field of renewable energy, factory and building automation, transportation, logistics and medical equipment. Get introduced to the first family member XMC4500 at the Embedded World 2012. For more information, please click here.
