NFC World 2013
Infineon invites you to discover the advantages of our various NFC Secure Element solutions. We are looking forward to welcoming you at our Infineon booth #27 at the NFC World Congress, on September 24 - 26, in Nice/France.
NFC World Congress gathers the full value chain of NFC services, from start-ups to leading players, along with verticals and, beyond, the whole "mobile proximity services" community. This all-in-one event combines high level conference, large exhibition and multiple "live experiences" to learn, meet, experience and network on a single platform.
Our NFC solutions
Infineon`s portfolio supports all NFC applications and business models and delivers the security and performance crucial for the success of NFC applications and solutions. It includes hardware based security for all major NFC solutions such as SWP Secure Elements for UICC/SIM, DCLB Secure Elements, Dual Interface Secure Elements for NFC solutions with flexible antenna such as SIMpass, Secure Elements for Boosted NFC MicroSD as well as RFID Chips for NFC Tags.
The Infineon Boosted NFC Secure Elements (SE), for example the SLE78CAFX series can be used to overcome the limitation of micro antennas used for example in MicroSD™ or SIM form factors. Associated with a Front-End device, the Boosted NFC SE significantly increases contact-less communication capability.
All Infineon’s NFC products are certified according to Common Criteria EAL5 high and have also been approved by the payment card industry consortium EMVCo (American Express, JCB, MasterCard, Visa), necessary for secure transactions such as contactless payment, mobile banking and authentication.
NFC demonstrations at our booth
We invite you to have a closer look and test our various NFC demonstrations at our booth:
- Secure NFC application demo I: We will demonstrate the easily use of “Boosted NFC SIM”. The advantage of the Boosted NFC SE approach is that it could be also used in mobile phones which carry no NFC functionality from the beginning of.
- Secure NFC application demo II: We will demonstrate the card emulation use of CIPURSE™ for future transport schemes. The CIPURSE™ demo runs on Infineon’s embedded Secure Element implemented into an NFC mobile device.
- On the open applications side we show smart poster reading and Bluetooth pairing based on our NFC tags my-d™ move NFC and my™ NFC. For the Bluetooth pairing approach we will demonstrate how smart headset and speaker will be easily linked to handsets.
"The breakthrough of NFC - beyond payment?", on Sept 25th at "NEW CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES TO DRIVE THE DEMAND"-track, speaker: Jörg Schmidt, Manager Business Development of Infineon`s Chip Card & Security Division
