The Infineon HITFET™ Family enables more protection for low side applications

HITFET™ low-side switches offer a compelling feature set with its protection against over temperature, short circuit and overload conditions as well as ESD robustness. Infineon has recently expanded its portfolio with the new generation of products, named HITFET™+.

The HITFET™+ family based on a new technology provides an innovative technical concept for low-side switch appli-cations. This new portfolio offers benchmark features for switching applications with very high PWM (up to 25 kHz).
