TLS203B0LDV BOARD Linear Voltage Regulator (LDO) The TLS203B0 is a micropower, low noise, low dropout voltage regulator. The device is capable of supplying an output current of 300 mA with a dropout voltage of 270 mV. Designed for use in battery-powered systems, the low quiescent current of 30 μA makes it an ideal choice. A key feature of the TLS203B0 is its low output noise. By adding an external 0.01 μF bypass capacitor, the output noise drops to very low numbers. The TLS203B0 voltage regulator is stable with output capacitors as small as 3.3 μF. Small ceramic capacitors can be used without the series resistance required by many other regulators. Internal protection circuitry includes reverse battery protection, current limiting and reverse current protection. The TLS203B0 comes as fixed output voltages 3.3 V, 5.0 V as well as adjustable device with a 1.22 V reference voltage. It is available in a PG-DSO8 exposed pad and as well as in a PG-TSON10 exposed pad package.

TLS805B1SJV BOARD Linear Voltage Regulator (LDO) The TLS805B1SJV is a linear voltage regulator featuring wide input voltage range, low drop out voltage and ultra low quiescent current. With an input voltage range of 2.75V to 42V and ultra low quiescent of only 5μA the regulators are perfectly suitable for automotive or any other supply systems connected permanently to the battery. The TLS805B1SJV is available in adjustable output voltage version with an accuracy of 2 % and output current capability up to 50mA. It is stable with only a small ceramic capacitor of 1μF at the output. The device can be switched on and off by the Enable feature leading to a current consumption of less than 1μA. With extended operating range down to 2.75V, TLS805B1SJV is also suitable to supply automotive systems operating during cranking condition. TLS805B1SJV includes internal protection features like output current limitation and over-temperature shutdown. The demoboard can be used in order to evaluate all family members available in the DSO8 package

TLS710B0EJ V50 BOARD Linear Voltage Regulator (LDO) The TLS710B0 is a low dropout linear voltage regulator for load current up to 100 mA. An input voltage of up to 40 V is regulated to VQ,nom=5V with ±2 % precision. The TLS710B0, with a typical quiescent current of 40 µA, is the ideal solution for systems requiring very low operating current, such as those permanently connected to the battery. It features a very low dropout voltage of 250 mV, when the output current is less than 100 mA. In addition, the dropout region begins at input voltages of 4.0 V (extended operating range). This makes the TLS710B0 suitable to supply automotive systems with start-stop requirements. The device can be switched on and off by the Enable feature. In addition, the TLS710B0’s new fast regulation concept requires only a single, 1 µF output capacitor to maintain stable regulation. The device is designed for the harsh environment of automotive applications. Therefore standard features like output current limitation and overtemperature shutdown are implemented and protect the device against failures like output short circuit to GND, over-current and over-temperature.

The IC regulates an input voltage VI in the range of 2.7 V ≤ VI ≤ 18 V to an adjustable output voltage of 1.2 V to 5.25 V with a precision of ±3 %. The TLS202A1 is especially designed for applications requiring very low standby currents, e.g. with a permanent connection to pre-regulators like DCDC converters.     DEMOBOARD TLF4277-2EL Linear Voltage Regulator (LDO) The TLF4277-2 is a monolithic integrated low drop out voltage regulator capable of supplying loads up to 300 mA. For an input voltage up to 40 V the TLF4277-2 provides an adjustable output voltage in a range from 5 V up to 12 V. The integrated current monitor function is a unique feature that provides diagnosis and system protection functionality. Fault conditions such as overtemperature and output overvoltage are monitored and indicated at the current sense output. The maximum output current limit of the device is adjustable to provide additional protection to the connected load. Via the enable function the IC can be disabled to lower the power consumption. The PG-SSOP14 EP package provides an enhanced thermal performance within a SO8 body size.
