The focus of Infineon on energy efficiency is translated into our Bridge Driver IC family. More and more applications are moving from uncontrolled motors towards Brushless DC motors in the future. Infineon can offer a full portfolio of 3 Phase driver ICs to meet the needs of every Brushless DC motor application from low cost to high performance.

 

H-Bridge Driver ICs

Infineon’s family of configurable H-bridge gate driver ICs offers the right devices for DC Brush motor control. It can be combined with powerful Infineon MOSFETs to provide the required power and effciency that these systems require.
