Protected High Side Switches
The well-known PROFET™ devices (PROtected FET), were designed for targeting a variety of automotive & industrial applications which includes all types of resistive, inductive and capacitive loads. The PROFET™ devices include protection against e.g. short circuit, overvoltage and overload. Finally, diagnostics are included and offer the choice of either status or current sense features.
