The Infineon solutions for ESD protection and EMI protection are divided into two families: The ESDxx-series, our discrete and robust TVS diode arrays for ESD-, EFT- and surge protection, and Infineon Hipac, or BGFxx-series, that offer ESD and EMI protection. Our TVS-diode arrays and Infineon Hipac products are characterized by low clamping voltage and high robustness. As for all Infineon products, this ESD/EMI-protection devices come with the same superior quality level and benefit from the advantages that only a proven high volume system supplier can provide.
