Infineon offers a comprehensive portfolio of LED Drivers for general lighting applications, such as indoor and outdoor lighting, architectural lighting and channel letters. The LED Drivers are divided into linear (BCR family) and switch mode drivers (ILD family) meeting market requirements in terms of high efficiency and cost effectiveness. 

• Low power LED drivers (0,1-0,2 W) (BCR40x family)

  • Output current from 10mA to 65 mA (adjustable with ex. resistor)
  • Low cost drivers, power dissipation up to 750mW

• Medium power LED drivers (0,3-0,9 W) (BCR32xU and BCR42xU)

  • Output current from 65mA to 250mA (adjustable with ex. resistor)
  • Negative thermal coefficient (NTC) ensuring long lifetime of LED’s

• High power LED drivers (> = 1W) (BCR450 and ILD family)

  • Output current from 350mA to multiple amperes
  • Flexible dimming options, analog and PWM
