LED Driver solutions offered by Infineon include the BCR40x family, the lowest-cost LED drivers in the industry. The output current is adjustable from 10mA to 65mA. Rated up to 18V supply voltage, the BCR401W and BCR402W in SOT343 package are the smallest standalone LED drivers available. The small size and the good current precision at low voltage drop makes these products perfectly suitable for following applications based on low power LED’s:
- channel letter
- light bar
- light strip
- emergency lighting
BCR401U / BCR402U feature a 40V input voltage but are also suitable for applications with even higher input voltages. Due to the higher power dissipation these LED drivers are well suited for long strings of LED’s with high voltage drop across the power line.
BCR450
is a LED Driver ideal for driving
high power LEDs
in the range of 0.5W, 1W and 3W. In combination with an external transistor the output current can be adjusted between 85mA up to 2A.
Overvoltage, overcurrent and overtemperature protection
functions ensure longe lifetime of the LED application.
