Synchronuous Rectifier Driver ICs - featuring  IR1161L and  IR11688

Together with Infineon’s best-in-class OptiMOS™ and StrongIRFET™ MOSFETs, this family of SSR IC’s provides a simple solution for SMPS while improving the overall efficiency. The IR1161L is targeted for flyback SMPS in chargers and adapters while the IR11688S is targeted for LLC SMPS in televisions, desktops, silver boxes and micro-servers.
