TEMPFET™/Speed TEMPFET™ - Temperature Protected Switch
Provide the first level of protection with its temperature sensor. The sensor is available on external pins to enable FAST switching and flexible temperature response control.
HITFET™ - Fully Protected Universal Switch
Provide a higher level of protection with overtemperature, short circuit, overcurrent, overvoltage and ESD. HITFET™ combines all these protection features in one easy-to-use device.
