SLE 50 family: Low end MobCom optimized controller

In order to address selected market segments with optimized products for mobile communications, Infineon Technologies introduces the SLE 50 family into the market.
 
It allows our customers to address the market with a flexible and modular ROM-less product for the introduction phase of their solutions and with optimized ROM products for the mass production once a project or a market segment is stabilized, providing cost advantages for logistics and maintenance.
 
Hybrid products like the SLE 50C1320PE combine the advantages of a ROM-less type with a ROM-based solution.
