Developed for the emerging NFC market, the my-d™ NFC is optimized for NFC tags or ticketing.

Infineon’s my-d™ NFC features a large storage capacity of up to 4 kByte driving new applications like ‘smart’ posters. my-d™ NFC further supports the Tag Operation Type 2 protocol.

n      Data rate up to 848 kBit/s

n      Configurable memory size for NFC Forum Type 2 Tag Operation

n      Read/Write distance up to 10cm depending on reader antenna configuration

n      Memory sizes of 1kByte, 2kByte and 4kByte

n      Value counters with anti tearing
