X-PMU™610 is a new highly integrated power management IC built in 0,25µm CMOS Technology. X-PMU™610 is optimized to support modem and data card applications based upon X-GOLD™208 and X-GOLD™ 608, with features ranging from EDGE up to 3G and HSDPA.
