With the Infineon COSIC™ Family Infineon enables the One-Chip-Phone – the first fully integrated single chip solution! The COSIC™-Family integrates monolithically the Step8 baseband controller with the HF transceiver and the power amplifier on the same chip.
COSIC™ is the ideal solution both for the standard DECT markets as well as for the Cat-iq standard with its innovative functionality offering additional room for VoIP- or IMS-integration.
The COSIC™ family offers a platform for all market requirements - from an Ultra Low Cost version (COSIC ULC) via feature-rich Standard solutions with and without answering machine (COSIC Standard, COSIC DTAM) up to CAT-iq compliant VoIP ICs (COSIC VoIP).
