Infineon offers a wide variety of products for body and interior electronics, e.g. protected power switches for bulb and motor control, dedicated system basis chips and easy-to-use Hall sensor solutions. Highly-integrated microcontrollers designed for use in automotive body applications, are featuring very low power consumption in stand-by and operation mode, higher performance and AUTOSAR compliance.
The XC2200 microcontroller family fulfils the demanding requirements of BCM (Body Control Module) applications such as internal and external lighting systems, car access and door modules; Central Gateway applications that manage all internal interfaces (i.e. motor management, in-car entertainment, dashboard or convenient control) and the communication with external interfaces for after-sales software updates; and HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) applications.
