Infineon CoolMOS C6 is awarded 2nd place in vote for the „Product of the Year 2010“

The readers of Germany’s leading bi-weekly technical journal "Elektronik" have recently voted for the “Product of the Year-Award” out of a list containing 111 of the most innovative products. Infineons MOSFET series CoolMOS C6 reached second place in the "active devices" award category. CoolMOS C6 is the sixth generation of high voltage power MOSFETs and achieves extremely low conduction and switching losses and can make power supply applications more efficient, more compact, lighter and cooler.
