High Recognition: Infineon Receives Best Supplier Award from Continental

Neubiberg, Germany – July 13, 2012 – Infineon Technologies AG (FSE: IFX / OTCQX: IFNNY) is one of the best suppliers of automotive solution provider Continental AG and its Automotive Group. It was therefore honored with Continental’s “Supplier of the Year 2011” award in the “Electronics” category. It is the third time in a row that Infineon received a supplier performance award and was recognized for its product quality and technology as well as its customer focus and logistics performance. The company delivers more than 800 products to Continental Automotive.

Continental has awarded its global supplier prize since 2000. For the year 2011, the Continental Automotive Group honored 14 of its best suppliers in five categories: Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechanics, Division-Specific Solutions and Investment and Engineering Services.
