Subject to the consent of the chairperson of the Annual General Meeting the entire Annual General Meeting starting at 10.00 a.m. CET on March 8, 2012 will be webcast live from the ICM (Internationales Congress Center München), Munich, Germany for our shareholders; in addition, the addresses to the AGM by Chairman of the Supervisory Board Wolfgang Mayrhuber, CEO Peter Bauer and CFO Dominik Asam may be followed live over the Internet by any interested party and will be available after the Annual General Meeting as a recording.
As a shareholder of Infineon Technologies AG, you may register online for the Annual General Meeting to be held on March 8, 2012 at the ICM (Internationales Congress Center München), Munich/Germany. Using this site, you can order (an) admission ticket(s) for yourself or a proxy, cast your votes by mail ballot or issue a proxy and voting instructions (e.g. to the voting proxies of Infineon Technologies AG, a bank or a shareholders’ association).
Furthermore you can update your address data, grant or withdraw your consent for the future electronic delivery of the General Meetings documents or change your individual access code.
Registration for the Annual General Meeting must be received midnight (CET) on March 1, 2012. Once you have registered, you can still use the Internet to appoint or cancel a proxy or to issue, amend or revoke voting instructions as well as to amend or revoke mail ballots, which have been submitted in good time, up to the end of the general debate on the day of the Annual General Meeting.
