YIP is the most successful idea program in Germany

The success of our YIP program is also apparent outside of Infineon. 2006 Infineon Technologies has been awarded for being the company with the most successful idea program among all companies with between 5000 and 20000 employees in Germany. Our YIP program plays an important part in the success of the company, thanks to all of our people who actively participated in YIP. We still strive to even improve the program in order to give our employees the best platform for letting their ideas grow.
