International Graduate Program
The International Graduate Program (IGP) is for graduates with potential for a specialist , management or technical career respectively (B.A., M.A., Ph.D. or equivalent formal education). It is implemented on a worldwide basis. Each graduate receives an individually tailored roadmap defining his or her sequence of assignments as well as the position after the IGP. The IGP is an 18-month program consisting of three six-month assignments, one of which is an international assignment and another one is cross-functional.
Ph.D. Program
Our German Ph.D. Program is targeted at Ph.D. students within Infineon. The program aims at:
- Providing valuable networking possibilities
- Creating a common platform to exchange experience and to improve know-how transfer
- Retaining scientifically oriented employees
- Utilizing existing resources regarding research and development
Ph.D. students who are already writing their theses with Infineon are considered to be members of the program.
