Working hand in hand with R&D, our production engineers have a key position in our team. They look after the production lines that run 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Whether they concentrate on product or process issues, they are the ones who guarantee that our technical capabilities meet the highest demands.
An excellent organization is the key in this context. Is the equipment as efficient and flexible as it should be? What is causing problems or delays? How can higher productivity at an increased quality level be achieved? Our production team finds the answers to these questions, maximizes plant utilization, and ensures uninterrupted manufacturing processes. At the same time, quality specialists guarantee outstanding quality from the unit processes onwards. They study and analyze failure and reliability data to verify that only high-quality products leave our sites.
