Senior-Trainee-Program

We understand that, in a rapidly changing world, skilled and adaptable people are a precious resource. Benefit from an employer who appreciates your experience, outstanding organizational skills and your strong motivation to re-join the workforce, after taking a career break, for example to care for or raise a family.

Flexible, supportive, diverse

Tailored to meet the needs and expectations of experienced re-entrants, our 12-month Senior Trainee Program with three highly customizable modules comes with a strong focus on supporting your career choices: Explore different departments, gain international experience by opting for an assignment abroad, try a related position for size, or receive further training in your fields of interest. After this program you have a guaranteed job in your target position.

To accommodate individual circumstances and needs, our Senior Trainees are free to choose between full-time and part-time working hours. Because family matters to us, our staggered working hours are geared toward families with children. Our company kindergartens in Germany and Austria – as well as co-operation with nearby daycare centers – help you to balance your professional and private life.

Diversity enriches our corporate culture. Infineon employs 35,000 women and men from 81 different countries – each one contributing their uniqueness to the company. We value their individuality, and we cultivate diversity and promote equal opportunities, for example by actively raising the proportion of female executives.
