Job description

In your new role you will:
  • Translate design concepts/requirements into functional implementation
  • Design and verify RF circuit blocks/subsystems (e.g. LNA, mixer, VGA, driver, VCO, PLL) > 20 GHz in close cooperation with physical designers
  • Document the work products according quality requirements
  • Collaborate with concept engineering, test engineering and component verification
  • Secure new intellectual property by filing patents


You are able to quickly establish successful cooperation, accept responsibility for common goals and put the team’s results above you own interests. You have a structured work style and demonstrate high quality standards for yourself and other people.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • A university / university of applied sciences degree (Master) in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or comparable
  • 5+ years experience in RF design in GHz range
  • Practical experience with field solver tools
  • CMOS analog design knowledge
  • Analog design flow in Cadence environment
  • Understanding of EMC and ESD requirements 
  • Fluent English and good German skills
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G ( The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a.
