IR Wins China Market Electronic Components Manufacturer Award 2011

EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — International Rectifier, IR® (NYSE: IRF), a world leader in power management technology, today announced the company has been named Leading Electronic Component Company in the Discrete Semiconductor Device Category of the 2011 China Market Electronic Components Manufacturer Awards (CMECMA).

Co-organized by the China Electronics Fair (CEF) and Cntronics, the 2011 China Market Electronics Component Manufacturer Awards (CMECMA) are based on the results of an industry purchasing behavior survey that focuses on supplier selection, certification and partnership between buyers and suppliers in the electronics industry. More than 1,500 R&D and purchasing related respondents from Original Electronic Manufacturers (OEM) and Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) companies participated in the annual online survey.
