The XC2220U (VQFN-48) and XC2210U (TSSOP-38) microcontroller series is based on Infineon's popular and well-established C166 architecture. With a Flash size of up to 64 K and a 40MHz performance, the micro controller is well suited for low cost body applications.

- Up to 64 KB of flash memory and 8 KB of RAM
- Parallel Flash Programming
- 1 PWM units (CCU6) to drive 3-phase motor
- One very fast 12-bit A/D converters
- Up to 2 serial interfaces (USIC channels)
- Integrated window watchdog
- Small packages for space critical application/saving of PCB space
- Low power consumption
- DAP - Device Access Port (2 wire JTAG, replaces 5 wire JTAG)
