Companion IC s for seamless scalability of Microcontrollers. We currently offer two Companion ICs that extends the functionality of Infineon Microcontrollers: a smart external 5 V ADC ( CIC751) and a Stand alone FlexRay™ Controller ( CIC310).   CIC751 is a 16-Channel 5V ADC Companion IC for Automotive Embedded Control optimized for highly demanding applications, where cost efficient 5 V analogue sensing capability is needed beyond microcontroller’s on-board resources.
