The Infineon HITFET® and Infineon SPEED TEMPFET® enable more protection for low-side applications. Depending on the level of protection required, the developer can choose between HITFET® and SPEED TEMPFET®.


TEMPFET®/Speed TEMPFET® - Temperature Protected Switch
Provide the first level of protection with its temperature sensor. The sensor is available on external pins to enable FAST switching and flexible temperature response control.

HITFET® - Fully Protected Universal Switch
Provide a higher level of protection with overtemperature, short circuit, overcurrent, overvoltage and ESD. HITFET® combines all these protection features in one easy-to-use device. With these features and Infineon‘s reknowned quality and reliability you can be confident the HITFET® can meet even the most challenging application requirements.
