Door Module Front I
This example application diagram shows a full-featured door module connected to the body network (e.g. central body computer) via the CAN bus using a powerful XC2264 16/32-bit microcontroller.
This design example uses a System Basis Chip (SBC) as a combination voltage regulator and network transceiver. The TLE8201R door module system IC is used to provide both mirror control and door lock functionality.
Alternatively, partial functional coverage could be provided using the TLE8203E for mirror heat and mirror positioning (x-y)). The power window function is controlled by integrated PN half-bridge chips from our NovalithIC family.
