Dual Semi Biased
As a space saving, cost effective device, the semi biased dual MOSFET is gaining increasing popularity. Housed in a small-size SOT363 package, the rich product portfolio offers you different gain combinations as well different (-, R, or K) pin configurations. Our latest innovation is the ultra low noise BG5120K, of which the input and output ports locate at different side of the package, enabling easier layout and improved isolation. With the continuous improvement in noise figure and cross modulation we would like to support the stringent technical requirement from digital tuners.
