Many applications need a precise pressure information either for their normal function (altimeter, blood pressure monitor, etc.) or for calibration purpose (gas meter). The benefits of Infineon´s pressure sensors are high accuracy by small package size. Due to the monolithic integrated design of the pressure cell, the sensor is already fully calibrated. Therefore no extra calibration is necessary.
