Management Assistants in Informatics (m/f) learn everything, that is economically important for planning, adjusting and implementing systems of the IT technology. Within projects you will be working closely together with various departments. Some of the key aspects of the apprenticeship are: Getting to know products and IT markets, to analyse performance and business processes, to create and supervise system solutions, project controlling, project realization and project controlling, acquisition and allocation of systems, user support. In addition you will learn about personnel management and controlling. By attending language courses you will be able to improve your English.
Future IT assistants (m/f) should be able to offer quite a bit: secondary school level I certificate (mittlere Reife) or advanced technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife).
