Bachelor of Engineering (FH) System-/Microtechnology (m/f)
The micro the more technical: a mega chance for you! It began with lever, cotter and reel. Nowadays it’s all about computer controlled robotics or products of the nanotechnology. You are looking for a job that gives you the chance to contribute to this rapid, fascinating development and at the same time offers you to adopt interdisciplinary competencies? The dual education to become a Bachelor of Engineering System/Microtechnology at Infineon in cooperation with the Universities of Applied Sciences in Zwickau or Regensburg grants you exactly all that! Within 4.5 to 4 years you will receive two job titles: Microtechnologist and Bachelor of Engineering (FH) Microtechnology (Dresden), or Electronic Technician for Industrial Engineering and Bachelor of Engineering (FH) Microtechnology (Regensburg).
Exciting years of studies lie ahead of you. At the University you will set the theoretical basis for your practical assignments. You can deepen your cognition in physical electronics, sensor technology, microcomputer technology, cybernetics and in microsystems, as well as in quality controlling and the optimization and enhancement of production processes. Since you will be assigned to different departments integrative thinking will come naturally to you. Therefore you will be able to handle professional challenges on a level that allows the company to further develop and your personal growth to expand.
For a successful entry at Infineon you need to have either an advanced technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife mit Schwerpunkt Technik) or general qualification for university entrance (allgemeine Hochschulreife). Ideally your achievements in courses like mathematics, physics and English are reflected in your grades. You are interested in the world of micro technology and you are ambitious enough to develop new technologies fast, efficiently and within a team? If that sounds like you, start applying! Begin of studies is the 1st of September of each year in Dresden and the 1st of July in Regensburg
