You should have the advanced technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) or general qualification for university entrance (allgemeine Hochschulreife), high interest in science, as well as a solid knowledge of the English language. In addition to that you need commitment, flexibility, initiative, team spirit and enthusiasm of the world of micro electronics.
